Essential Hong Kong Company Law for Startups Workshop

Essential Hong Kong Company Law for Startups Workshop

Startups often face foundational company law questions from day one: Which business entity should you choose? How do you build a sound corporate governance structure? What legal considerations come with different financing methods? Where are the boundaries of directors’ and shareholders’ duties and liabilities?
