Packed with real-world lessons, the session focused on how early-stage teams can spot real customer pain points, validate ideas quickly, and create testable prototypes: all without burning through time or budget.
One of the highlights was the live “Pain Point Capture” challenge, where participants jumped into hands-on discussions, debated user needs, and uncovered fresh perspectives on real problems.
In the second half, Ernest walked us through smart prototyping strategies, from sketching out ideas to building quick demos, along with clever ways to collect and apply user feedback. His stories from the field made the concepts feel alive and actionable.
