Mr Ernest H.S. Chan is a dedicated social entrepreneur and innovator based in Hong Kong, specializing in Social Tech, HealthTech, and EduTech. As founder and leader of AESIR Limited, he develops impactful technology solutions—such as AR-enhanced tools for positive psychology and special education—earning recognition as one of Asia's Top 12 Social Enterprises (DBS Foundation & NUS), a SIE Fund-incubated venture, and a Global Top 500 Tech startup by HelloTomorrow. His work has secured multiple awards, including Cyberport and PolyU funding, Hong Kong ICT Awards, and international innovation honors.
Deeply committed to youth development and policy advocacy, Ernest serves as Hong Kong Chapter Co-Chair of Catalyst 2030, connecting local social ventures to global resources. He has held key roles with the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, including Convenor of the Youth Research Center’s Employment and Economic Development unit, where he led research on e-sports, elderly employment, and Greater Bay Area career barriers for young people.
With a master's degree in finance and financial law, and a degree in surveying and geo-Informatics, Ernest blends entrepreneurial experience from AIESEC leadership and corporate project management with public service as a civil adjudicator and advisory panel member. Passionate about sustainable social impact, he continues to mentor emerging innovators and drive inclusive change in Hong Kong.
